Terms of Use – Tenis Liga – Teniški klub Celje

1. General

By registering for the Tennis League – Tennis Club Celje you agree to these terms of use. The organiser reserves the right to amend the terms with prior notice.

2. Competition Rules

Registration is valid only after confirmation of payment
The registration fee is non-refundable in case of withdrawal
Every competitor must respect the league rules and fair play
Results must be reported to the organiser within the agreed deadline
An unplayed match (without prior arrangement) is counted as a W.O. loss

3. Liability

Participation in the competition is at your own risk. The organiser is not liable for injuries sustained during the competition.

4. Organiser's Rights

The organiser reserves the right to disqualify a competitor in the event of rule violations or unsportsmanlike conduct.

5. Photos and Promotion

The organiser may use photos from competitions for promotional purposes. By registering, the competitor consents to being photographed.
