2. Data We Collect

When registering for the league we collect the following personal data:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Selected competition category

3. Purpose of Processing

We collect personal data solely for the purpose of organising and running the Tennis League – Tennis Club Celje. This includes:

  • Confirming registrations and communicating with participants
  • Sending information about match schedules and results
  • Weekly email reminders

4. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the duration of the competition season and for a maximum of 12 months after the season ends. After this period the data is securely deleted.

5. Individual Rights

Every individual has the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure of personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restriction of processing
  • Data portability

6. Photography

At competitions and events photos are taken for the purpose of promoting the league and club. Explicit consent for photography is obtained at registration. Photos are published on the Tennis League – Tennis Club Celje website and social media.

7. Data Security

Personal data is stored securely on the Tennis League – Tennis Club Celje server with appropriate security measures (SSL/HTTPS, backups).

8. Complaints

Complaints regarding the processing of personal data may be addressed to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
